Um aspecto fundamental do SAD \u00e9 a modelagem, que consiste em criar uma representa\u00e7\u00e3o ou abstra\u00e7\u00e3o da realidade. Os principais tipos s\u00e3o:<\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, serif\"><b>Modelos Ic\u00f4nicos (ou em Escala):<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, serif\"> S\u00e3o os modelos de n\u00edvel menos abstrato, consistindo em r\u00e9plicas do sistema real, geralmente em escala diferente do original. Podem ser tridimensionais (como modelos de avi\u00f5es ou carros) ou bidimensionais (como fotografias). <\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, serif\"><b>Modelos An\u00e1logos:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, serif\"> Comportam-se como o sistema real, mas n\u00e3o se parecem fisicamente com ele. S\u00e3o mais abstratos que os ic\u00f4nicos e utilizam uma representa\u00e7\u00e3o simb\u00f3lica da realidade. Exemplos comuns s\u00e3o diagramas e gr\u00e1ficos, como um organograma que mostra rela\u00e7\u00f5es de autoridade, mapas com cores representando diferentes objetos (\u00e1gua, montanha), ou gr\u00e1ficos de cota\u00e7\u00f5es do mercado de a\u00e7\u00f5es. <\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, serif\"><b>Modelos Matem\u00e1ticos:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, serif\"> Indicados para problemas de decis\u00e3o de cunho quantitativo. S\u00e3o usados quando a complexidade de relacionamentos n\u00e3o pode ser adequadamente representada por modelos ic\u00f4nicos ou an\u00e1logos sem se tornar excessivamente complicada ou demorada de usar. Representam as rela\u00e7\u00f5es e o problema de forma abstrata atrav\u00e9s de equa\u00e7\u00f5es e f\u00f3rmulas.<\/span><\/p><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, serif\"><b>Modelos Mentais:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, serif\"> S\u00e3o representa\u00e7\u00f5es descritivas de situa\u00e7\u00f5es de tomada de decis\u00e3o que as pessoas formam em suas mentes. S\u00e3o tipicamente usados quando o problema de decis\u00e3o apresenta majoritariamente fatores qualitativos. Envolvem considerar diferentes cen\u00e1rios, ponderando sua utilidade e os riscos envolvidos em cada alternativa. A metodologia do mapeamento cognitivo pode ser usada para desenvolver ou explicar um modelo mental. Dada a extensa configura\u00e7\u00e3o territorial do pa\u00eds, 65% de toda a carga \u00e9 transportada por rodovias fora o grande volume no transporte de pessoas. Essa depend\u00eancia estrutural gera custos log\u00edsticos elevados, que chegam a representar at\u00e9 12% do PIB nacional, uma porcentagem superior \u00e0 observada em pa\u00edses desenvolvidos.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-85253de elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"85253de\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><h3 style=\"text-indent: 0cm\"><a name=\"_w58d0z51c4at\"><\/a>\nO Problema Espec\u00edfico, Decis\u00e3o de Abastecimento:<span style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 16px\"><\/span><\/h3><\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-01e07b7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"01e07b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, serif\">Essa vulnerabilidade \u00e9 agravada por dois fatores principais:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, serif\"><b>Oscila\u00e7\u00f5es no Pre\u00e7o dos combust\u00edveis:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, serif\"> O setor \u00e9 altamente sens\u00edvel e vulner\u00e1vel \u00e0s varia\u00e7\u00f5es no pre\u00e7o do diesel (Petr\u00f3leo).<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, serif\"><b>Gargalos de Infraestrutura:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, serif\"> Problemas na infraestrutura rodovi\u00e1ria aumentam a complexidade da opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, serif\">A dor espec\u00edfica identificada \u00e9 a complexidade na decis\u00e3o de abastecimento. Sem um suporte adequado, essa decis\u00e3o se torna ineficiente, resultando em alto custo e transformando informa\u00e7\u00f5es dispersas (como pre\u00e7o de combust\u00edvel, autonomia do ve\u00edculo, e rota) em um problema di\u00e1rio para empresas e principalmente motoristas aut\u00f4nomos.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-01701d6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"01701d6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><h3 style=\"text-indent: 0cm\"><a name=\"_w58d0z51c4at\"><\/a>\nA Resposta do SAD<span style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 16px\"><\/span><\/h3><\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e189a39 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e189a39\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, serif\">A solu\u00e7\u00e3o proposta \u00e9 um Sistema de Apoio \u00e0 Decis\u00e3o (SAD) focado na otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o da decis\u00e3o de abastecimento. Diferentemente do <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, serif\"><i>Business Intelligence (BI)<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, serif\">, que se concentra em monitorar e descobrir padr\u00f5es, o SAD \u00e9 orientado a um problema decis\u00f3rio j\u00e1 definido no nosso caso a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o do abastecimento durante as rotas. O SAD proposto \u00e9 um baseado em modelo e sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o vai al\u00e9m de apenas mostrar dados: ele processa vari\u00e1veis complexas (como pre\u00e7o, autonomia e rota)e busca transform\u00e1-las em uma decis\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica e racional. Aplicativos de pre\u00e7o focam apenas no valor mais barato localmente, sem considerar a autonomia do ve\u00edculo ou o custo total da rota.
